These Terms of Service apply to your use of Getdeco.shop (referred to as “the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site, browsing our content, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other notices posted on the Site.

This agreement creates a legal contract between you and Getdeco.shop. It applies to every visitor, customer, buyer, and account holder. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, including our ordering rules, payment terms, shipping and return policies, intellectual property rules, liability limits, or dispute process, please do not use the Site or complete any purchase. Prices may change at any time without prior notice due to material costs, demand, or promotional activity.

Promotions, discounts, bundles, and offers:

  • Have no cash value.

  • Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

We may also change shipping terms, pause promotions, or discontinue products at our discretion.

6. Orders, Billing, and Fulfillment

To place an order, select your items, add them to your cart, and complete checkout. We will send an order confirmation email within 1–2 business days.

Processing and delivery generally follow this schedule:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Transit time: 3–5 business days.

  • Total delivery window: 4–7 business days.

We may refuse, split, or cancel any order for reasons such as fraud concerns, stock shortages, or incorrect shipping details. If payment has already been collected, a refund will be issued where applicable.

You must provide a valid payment method at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your purchase and any other charges that are clearly disclosed.

Standard shipping within the United States is free as described in our Shipping Policy. For international orders, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees. Tracking details will be shared after shipment.

Custom orders or personalized items may become non-cancelable once production begins. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools and services such as payment processors, chat support widgets, or social sharing features. These tools are provided “as is” and are controlled by the third party, not by us.

We do not guarantee their performance and are not responsible for their policies, errors, or any loss that may result from using them. You should review their own terms and privacy policies before interacting with them.

Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Casper, Wyoming. To the extent permitted by law, you waive participation in class action proceedings. Where appropriate, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with all referenced policies and legal notices on the Site, make up the full agreement between you and Getdeco.shop and replace any earlier agreements or understandings, whether written or spoken.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
