Returns and Refunds
Getdeco is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with every wall art purchase. If needed, physical items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements: they must be in their original condition, include all packaging and hardware, and be accompanied by proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt. Products that have been customized beyond standard listed options are not eligible.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Before sending any item back, you must contact us at contact@getdeco.shop to receive approval. Once authorized, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, detailed packing instructions, and a return authorization number (RA#), which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
ORDER PROBLEMS
Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any issues with your order, including damaged items or packaging, incorrect size, design, or color, or missing components such as parts or hardware.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Certain items cannot be returned, including products with personalized text or images, clearance or final sale items, and any damage caused after delivery due to improper handling.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, follow the standard return process and place a new order for the replacement product. Once your return is approved, the corresponding credit can be applied toward your new purchase.
REFUND TIMELINE
After we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3–5 business days), you will be notified of the approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear.
