Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing GETDECO. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. To keep things simple, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.

1. Shipping Destinations

At this time we ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Cost

  • Free Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

3. Order Processing & Transit Time

Our goal is to get your order to your doorstep as fast as possible. Please note the following timeframes:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time)
  • Order Handling Time: 2 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5 – 8 business days (Monday – Friday)

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 11 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also track your order here at any time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Method

All orders ship from our United States facility via our standard shipping partners (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), chosen based on your delivery location and the size of the package.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@getdeco.shop within 12 hours of placing your order, as set out in our Order Cancellation Policy. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, we can no longer modify the shipping address or cancel the order.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged item or your package is lost in transit, please contact us right away at support@getdeco.shop. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure you receive your items or a full refund, in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
